Heat styling, colouring, bleaching and strong sun can all leave hair dry, rough and frizzy. You do not need a complicated routine – just the right steps used correctly.
1. Shampoo: focus on the scalp
Massage shampoo into your scalp, not the lengths – the foam is enough to clean the ends as you rinse. If your hair is dry, choose a gentle, moisturising shampoo such as the &honey Deep Moist Shampoo or the Shiseido Fino Premium Touch Shampoo.
2. Conditioner: every wash, on the lengths
