Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used makeup and skincare products.

However, we offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

✔ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product is defective.
• The item is missing from your order.

Refund Method

• For credit card payments: Refunds will be processed to the same card within 7–14 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery payments: Refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 2–5 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our side.

Conditions

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Clear photos or videos must be provided.
• The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.

If approved:
• A replacement will be sent free of charge, OR
• A refund will be issued.
