Pinkmusee delivers to all governorates in Egypt.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed, depending on your area and courier conditions. Orders are prepared and handed to the courier on business days.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees depend on your delivery area and start from EGP 85 (for example Cairo and Giza). The exact fee for your address is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders, depending on location and order conditions. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Order confirmation and tracking

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details. For order tracking, message us on WhatsApp at +201121030101 or email info@pinkmusee.com with your order number.

Receiving your order

Please check your order when you receive it. If an item is missing, wrong or damaged, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery – see our Refund Policy.

Delays

Delivery times can be longer during sales, public holidays or for remote areas. We will keep you informed if there is a delay with your order.
